How Pricing Works for Events at Pondside Love Nest Pondside Love Nest is first and foremost an overnight rental, and all events are added on top of the nightly rate. Here’s the simplest way to understand it: ✔ One-Day Wedding / One-Day Event Your total will include: • Nightly rate for the date you choose (this covers your stay in the home) • + One-time event fee (covers ceremony setup, chairs, arbor, tables, and 6 sitter golf cart for one day.) Example: If you only want the house for one night and hold your event that day, your price = one night stay + event fee. ✔ Multi-Day Stays You are welcome to stay as many nights as you’d like. No matter how many nights you choose: • Your nightly rate is based on season + number of nights • Your event fee is charged only once ★Event Packages (additional to overnight rental) Planning a wedding, retreat, or special event? Our event space is available exclusively for guests! ELOPEMENT Package (Ceremony Only) - $900 ✔ Up to 30 chairs ✔ Choice of 3 beautiful arbors MICRO WEDDING (Ceremony & Reception) - $2250 ✔ Up to 50 guests ✔ 7 round tables (5’ size) + 2 long tables (96”) ✔ Choice of 3 arbors FULL WEDDING (Up to 100 Guests) - $2,850 ✔ 12 round tables (5’ size) + 2 long tables (96”) ✔ Full event seating & decor package Optional Add-Ons: ✔ 20x40 Wedding Tent with Sidewalls - $1100 Inside the Cabin – Spacious & Comfortable for Groups! Booking Policy
We offer flexible payment options to make planning your stay and event easier. Please review the choices below:
Option 1 – Two Payments (Rental + Event Fee Together)
Total amount includes: cabin rental, cleaning fee, and event fee.
First payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your date.
Second payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Option 2 – Two Payments + Event Fee Later
Total rental amount (cabin + cleaning) is split into two payments:
First payment is due at the time of booking.
Second payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The event fee is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Option 3 – Four-Payment Plan (Financing)
The total booking amount may be divided into four payments.
Availability of this option depends on how far in advance your booking is made.
A schedule will be provided at the time of booking.
Safety & Property
Security / Damage Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $750 is required with each booking. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning are reported.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy – Strict
Full refund if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unused nights are non-refundable.
