Cancellation Policy – Strict (24-Hour Grace Period)

  • Full Refund: You can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a 100% refund, as long as your check-in date is at least 14 days away.

  • 50% Refund: After the first 24 hours, you can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee.

  • No Refund: If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, the booking is non-refundable.

  • No-Shows/Early Departures: If you don’t arrive or leave early, the stay is non-refundable.

  • Date Changes: Changing your reservation dates is considered a cancellation of the original dates and follows the same refund rules above (unless approved)

  • Recommendation: We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected events like illness, weather, or flight delays.

 


Pet Policy

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval.

  • Pets must be leashed outdoors and not left unattended inside.

  • Owners are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning caused by pets.

Event / Wedding Fee

  • Event fee applies for gatherings over sleeping capacity 

  • Fee: Please contact us for more details

  • Includes use of ceremony area, reception space, and on-site parking.

Other Policies

  • Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.

  • Smoking: No smoking inside buildings. Outdoor smoking permitted in designated areas.

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
