Lindsey Creek – Luxury Cabin & Celebrations!
Please note: the celebration spaces and event areas are available only with overnight rentals and cannot be rented separately.
Our five-bedroom luxury cabin is designed to host both your stay and your celebration with comfort and style:
Spacious chef’s kitchen, perfect for preparing meals or working with your caterer
Expansive master suite that doubles as a bridal suite, featuring a double vanity and makeup station
Game room for the groomsmen to relax and enjoy

Large, open living spaces ideal for gathering with family and friends
Event Features
Choice of two ceremony sites: front lawn with breathtaking mountain views, or a romantic garden setting behind the house
Covered barn reception space, seating up to 85 guests, with tables, chairs, and full set-up and break-down included
Base event fee: $2,550, which also includes ceremony chairs and choice of arbor (triangle or classic arch). Please note, this is a flat base rate and may vary slightly depending on season and specific event needs.
Catering & Vendors
We connect you with a full range of catering options, from traditional American barbecue and buffet service to more elegant plated dinners and hors d’oeuvres. Our team works with a trusted list of photographers, videographers, DJs, and additional vendors to help bring every detail of your day together.

House Rules
Booking Policy
We offer flexible payment options to make planning your stay and event easier. Please review the choices below:
Option 1 – Two Payments (Rental + Event Fee Together)
Total amount includes: cabin rental, cleaning fee, and event fee.
First payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your date.
Second payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Option 2 – Two Payments + Event Fee Later
Total rental amount (cabin + cleaning) is split into two payments:
First payment is due at the time of booking.
Second payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The event fee is due 7 days prior to arrival.
Option 3 – Four-Payment Plan (Financing)
The total booking amount may be divided into four payments.
Availability of this option depends on how far in advance your booking is made.
A schedule will be provided at the time of booking.
Safety & Property
Security / Damage Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $750 is required with each booking. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided no damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning are reported.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy – Strict
Full refund if the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unused nights are non-refundable.
